Every inquiry gets a quick, friendly reply, even at 11pm
Messages land in your website form, your Instagram, your email and your voicemail. The business that answers first, and clearly, usually gets the job. We set things up so every inquiry hears back quickly, gets the answers people usually want, and knows a real person is on it.
Where inquiries hide
Most businesses get inquiries from more places than they realize. A form on the website. A missed call while you were up a ladder. A message on Instagram at 11pm. That old email address that still forwards somewhere, probably.
When those land in five different places, something gets missed. Nobody's being lazy. They're out doing the actual work. So the first fix usually isn't clever at all: we get everything into one spot, so nothing depends on someone remembering to check.
What a good first reply says
A fast reply only helps if it's useful. "Thanks, we got your message" is a start, but people want a little more than that. A good first reply:
- Arrives within minutes, not tomorrow
- Answers the obvious question: whether you do that kind of work, when you have openings, a price range if you like to share one
- Sounds like your business, not a robot
- Gives one clear next step, like booking a time or sending a photo
- Says when a real person will follow up
You stay in charge
Nothing goes out in your name that you haven't approved. The instant reply is a message you write once, and we'll help with the wording, so you know exactly what people get. For anything more personal, the system drafts a reply from what the person actually wrote, and it waits for you to read it, tweak it and press send.
Our own contact form works this way. Write to us and you'll get a note right away saying what happens next, then a real reply from a person within one business day.
What it isn't
It isn't a chatbot pretending to be a person. When an assistant answers a common question, like your hours or your cancellation policy, it says it's an assistant and hands anything tricky to a human. People don't mind a quick, honest answer. They mind being strung along.
And it doesn't have to stop at the first reply. The same setup can send the thank-you after a job, ask for the review while it's fresh, and send the "time for your next visit" note when the calendar says so, each one sounding like you wrote it.
What this looks like
Nobody waits until tomorrow to hear back.
A missed call gets a text, not silence.
The check-in you always meant to send.
Who it is for
Businesses where inquiries come in faster than anyone can answer them, or at hours when nobody's around to answer: salons, contractors, clinics, studios, and anyone whose phone rings while their hands are busy.
If you've ever found a week-old form submission and winced, this one's for you.
We figure it out. We set it up. You keep it.
No favorite tools and no building for the sake of building. If something you can buy already does the job, we'll tell you to buy it.
Free call
You talk to the person who will do the work. 30 minutes on where you want the business to go and how the work gets done today. Then we send a plain-English proposal: what to fix first, whether to buy or build, and a fixed price.
Free · no obligationSetup
We buy, configure or build whatever the plan calls for, connect it to what you already use, and test it on real work before anyone has to rely on it.
Fixed-price projectHandoff
Your team learns how it works and how to change it. Want us around after? We'll tune things and look for the next thing to hand off.
Optional monthlyQuestions people ask
Will customers know it's AI?
Yes, whenever it's AI talking. Anything an assistant sends on its own says so, and anything you send yourself is just you, with a head start on the typing. Honest beats clever, and people can usually tell anyway.
What if the question is unusual?
Then it comes to you. The setup answers the questions you've told it about and passes everything else to a person, with the message and any details already gathered. It's set up to say "let me check" instead of guessing.
Does it work with my booking tool?
Usually, yes. Most booking and scheduling tools can share a booking link or take a new appointment from another app. On the free call we'll look at what you use and tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
What about phone calls?
Missed calls are the easy part: a quick text back with a way to book or reply. Answering live calls with a voice assistant is possible, but it isn't right for every business. If we think yours is better off without it, we'll say so.
Let's find what's worth handing off.
30 minutes. Tell us how your week goes, and we'll tell you honestly what's worth automating, what isn't, and what it would take.
